Please do not schedule an appointment with me on a day you have anything else important to do, like get to  work or another appointment.  I spend all the necessary time with you that you may need and that means that  my next patient will wait. If you are that next patient, you will need a good book or magazine to read. Our staff is very sensitive to the wait times and if you look uncomfortable  with your wait, they feel it.  Please be patient.

 Some days I do not function well. I do not  come to work until I have eaten well and taken all my supplements, meditated , and exercised and that sometimes takes time for me.  I must be at my best for you. Even if you are the first patient of the day, you may wait.

Thank you so much for your generous understanding. This is the best I can do short of retiring and I have no plans to have to do that.

I have cut my patient load back in order to adjust to the new electronic medical records system that our office has instituted, so appointments in the short term are a month or so wait. I hope that this is very temporary.

Starting in February you will have access to your records online. You will be able to go to Athena.net and request  access and sign up. We will give you a pin and then away you go. We can email your results or you go get them. The future will be here soon!
